The personal data abuse, like the usage of email addresses for undesired messages, is forbidden and it is hardly punished, both for B2B users and B2C users. We have a strict ANTI SPAM policy. How can I inform you about an abuse?

• The MailUp team constantly check the clients’ activities in order to assure that they respect all the privacy rules.

• If you are a spam victim please do not hesitate to contact us by using this email address and send a copy to the messages’ sender. You may describe the fact attaching the message at issue. If you prefer to anonymize your submission (to avoid list washing), please specify it in your request.

In this way, we will be able to start all the necessary procedures to verify an occurred contact violation from the MailUp users. Doing spamming through MailUp system breaking the legal contract signed between the client and the provider (NWEB SRL) punished also by law. MailUp system has advanced firewall against the spamming in order to guarantee the continuity of the service in any moment.

Technical Informations for Postmasters

• Each customer using MailUp has a static fixed envelope-sender (return path header) and sometimes a static fixed IP.
  
  
• It's easy to block a single MailUp customer. While IP addresses are often shared, each MailUp user can be identified by the envelope-sender (Return-Path: header), which is unique for each customer. A MailUp customer can not change this address. Blocking the envelope-sender, you will block only the company spamming but not the others legitimate MailUp customers.
