• Lo spam è definito come un qualsiasi messaggio email, indipendentemente dal contenuto, inviato a più utenti che non hanno esplicitamente dato il consenso all'invio di tale email. L'abuso di dati personali, come l'utilizzo di indirizzi email per l'invio di messaggi non richiesti, in Italia è un reato che viene punito molto duramente, sia che si tratti di utente B2B sia di tipo B2C. Cosa fare per segnalare un abuso?

• Il team di MailUp controlla costantemente l’attività dei propri Clienti per assicurare che le regole (vedi Termini e Condizioni) vengano rispettate e non ci siano abusi.

• Se ritiene di essere vittima di un abuso o di un episodio di spam, la preghiamo di descrivere dettagliatamente l'accaduto, indirizzando la comunicazione ad   e mettendo in copia anche il mittente della comunicazione incriminata. Se possibile inoltre allegare anche il messaggio incriminato. Se si intende restare anonimo (cioè non comunicare il suo indirizzo email all'azienda che ha usato MailUp per spedirle l'email per evitare list washing), specificarlo nella richiesta.

In questo modo, saranno avviate le procedure necessarie per verificare una possibile violazione contrattuale da parte dell'utilizzatore del servizio MailUp. Compiere un atto di “Spamming” attraverso il sistema MailUp infrange il contratto legale siglato tra cliente in questione e fornitore (NWEB SRL) al momento della sottoscrizione del servizio, punibile tra l’altro con una penale. Il sistema MailUp prevede inoltre protezioni avanzate in relazione alle attività degli spammers in modo da garantire la continuità del servizio in ogni condizione.

Informazioni tecniche per Postmasters:

• L'envelope-sender (Return Path header) è fisso per ogni cliente. Può quindi essere utilizzato selettivamente per bloccare uno speditore. Può variare solo in caso upgrading di un cliente ad una classe di reputazione superiore. Si prega di avvisare l'abuse desk in caso di problematiche.
  
  
• MailUp dispone di diversi domini di envelope-sender predefiniti, il cliente però (a setup) può acquistare l'opzione Console Personalizzata per dotarsi di un envelope-sender personalizzato (e comunque fisso).
  
  
• COME BLOCCARE UN CLIENTE MAILUP?
  Ogni Cliente MailUp ha il proprio envelop-sender (Return-Path: nell'header). Tale identificativo è univoco per Cliente. Il cliente MailUp non può personalizzarlo o modificarlo, se non espressamente autorizzato da MailUp. L'envelope-sender può essere quindi utilizzato per bloccare facilmente un singolo Cliente MailUp, senza bloccare gli altri clienti legittimi.

• Autenticazioni: i domini standard prevedono l'autenticazione SPF e DKIM. MailUp supporta inoltre la gestione automatica dei Feedback Loop e il List-Unsubscribe header.
  
  
• Policy di invio: MailUp disiscrive automaticamente tutte le caselle che generano un hard bounce (errore 550 5.1.1). Per tutti gli altri tipi di bounce è lasciato l'onere di gestione e pulizia ai singoli clienti.
